It doesn't work here. I have already taken the steps to convert quicken files. I was pretty explicit. You commented on doing something I had already done My understanding is that TDBank was making some changes and the outage was temporary.

You may want to contact them again. If you've done the hack of converting Quicken files there's a chance that you've changed the FIDIR associated with the bank in your copy of QuickBooks. You can clear that by editing the account in QB, choosing Online Settings, and disassociating it by clicking the button make sure you've processed everything pending in the download transaction window first as this will clear it out. I did not do the hack, I just went without Online Banking during the temporary outage.

I received an email on June 18th, I will paste it into the next comment for space reasons. The phone call only took a few minutes. It took a short time to explain that I needed done to one person and then be sent to anther person, who then did something on her end that made it work again, so the call was necessary.

Also, shortly after making my original post on this topic I received a phone call from TD bank about this apologizing for the temporary outage.

I am not sure why they made the call, since I questioned the validity of the call but they didn't ask for any private info and they couldn't tell me how long the outage would be for.
